These oysters have never been touched by human hands before harvest, and Mother Nature has performed all the magic, these oysters are quite meaty with a very firm shell, and are less salty than most oysters because of all the fresh spring water coming into the estuary, they finish off with a touch of butte notes, and a hint of melon.  This is truly the best of what 100% organic and nature have to offer.
